FAQ : Return and refund
If you have changed your mind shortly after placing an order, you can contact us directly via the online chat or by e-mail contact@artsafe-company.com.
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot respond to requests made after this time as the artwork will have already been shipped to our framing partner or packaged ready to be shipped to your address.
If your work arrives and does not meet your expectations, or if you receive an incorrect shipment, please contact us via email contact@artsafe-company.com as soon as reasonably possible. In such cases, you will have 14 days to notify us of the problem. Where appropriate, we will be happy to arrange a refund, repair or replacement.
Please note that you will not be able to make a claim under this clause if you have been informed of the reason for your claim prior to purchase.
Works must be returned in perfect condition, including in their original packaging and with the certificate of authenticity that you received with the piece, if applicable. We are unable to accept returns that are missing their certificate of authenticity.
We will guide you through the ordering process. You will have the opportunity to review and modify your order before submitting it. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you provided inaccurate or incomplete information during the ordering process, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete information, we will contact you to request corrections. If you do not provide accurate or complete information within a reasonable time of our request, we will cancel your order. We may charge you for any costs resulting from your inaccurate or incomplete information. We may share information with the artist whose work you are not purchasing, unless you instruct us not to by seeing an email to contact@artsafe-company.com at the time of purchase. Artsafe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. In the unlikely event that we are unable or unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you by email to the email address provided when you submitted your order. In case of collection, these sums will be reimbursed as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.

If you wish to return your purchase, it must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. Framing and shipping fees are non-refundable, so please bear the cost of returning the item to our headquarters in France.
